Darren Foster

Darren is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience of providing HR within the education sector.  

Prior to joining Falcon, Darren was HR Manager for seven years at a large single academy Trust. 

In his role as HR Manager at Falcon, Darren is the first point of contact for a number of key internal and external stakeholders, including Trade Unions, and will be the key advisor to the Executive Team and the Trust Board on all HR related matters.
